They’re universal, they don’t modify or inject any file structures within Rust, and most gaming monitors come standard with a crosshair option nowadays. General consensus from other top Rust server owners is it’s not an issue. I’ve gone to great lengths to speak with other server owners and EAC regarding the crosshair debate.
